Check out the CMAA Mid-Atlantic Chapter Scholarship which is opened to those who are have completed a minimum of one full academic year of studies at the time of applying.
Secondly, you need to be enrolled in a Construction Management degree program (an associate online degree program included), or other Construction Management-related degree, and be able to show strong interest in pursuing a career in the field.
Last but not least, applicants need to attend college or reside in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware area.
To be eligible to receive this $3,500 scholarship, candidates need to put together a portfolio consisting of the following:
- Completed application form
- List of academic honors
- Official school transcript
- List of extracurricular activities
- Employment history (if any)
- Essay 1 in which you talk about future plans and scholarship interest
- Essay 2 in which you answer one of the two questions available on the website
- Letter of recommendation
